All plumbing, heating, and chilled services to serve the new renovation of the Grade 2 listed building in the center of Hammersmith. 150 FCUs hung and piped, 160 WCs, 155 Radiators, 50 Chilled Beams, multiple plumbing fixtures throughout. Complete package of works including all infrastructure, first and second fix plumbing. Supervision included for the project by TNM.

Our package consists of all works within the plant room, tank room and car park area, leaving a flushing bypass at the base of each riser for others.
Renovation project on a 300 year old listed stately home. All plumbing and heating works including central plant, tank toom, LTHW CT & VT circuits, SVP & RWP, as well as all first and second fix plumbing. Prefab/screwed steel, Viega press copper, Rehau Plastic within wood floors.
Install of BCW distribution pipework to serve 200 residential flats. Large tank room and infrastructure pipework across a car park, along with both SVP and RWP systems installed underslung in the car park in HDPE fusion weld. Pipe systems included brazed copper and fusion welded HDPE.
Adult education center spread over 3 stories, with a community cafe. Plant room, tank room, and all pipework and valve setups serving 60 FCUs, multiple AHUs, and radiators. Plumbing first a second fix to serve multiple bathroom groups, kitchen areas, and additional plumbing fixtures. Underground incoming gas and water services installed and tested. Pipework systems used are a combination of pressed, screwed, prefab and welded.
Infrastructure pipework throughout the project to serve all residential units. LTHW pipework consisting of welded, prefab, victaulic and screwed steel. BCW pipework is a combination of brazed and soldered copper. Energy Center done completely with Victualic piping system.
88 flats throughout 3 blocks for which we are installing all first and second fix plumbing systems. Includes 3 tank rooms with BCW distribution to all flats and a large car park of cast iron drainage. GasTite CSST lines to each flat to serve a combi boiler.
100 flats which for us includes plant room, tank room, all infrastructure pipework and hanging HIU’s and hooking up primarys. This project consists of screwed barrel and welded LTHW pipeworks.

Large network of underslung cast iron SVP and RWP to serve 6 blocks of flats, we have currently won the first 3 blocks and are looking to secure the rest of the project shortly. Cast iron from 110mm to 300mm.
Relocation of 22 FCU’s, new kitchen area, and water points throughout.
Won the entire project for plumbing, pipefitting and supervision. Includes tank room, gas lines to serve 34 units, all distribution, and all flats first and second fix.
All Plumbing and infrastructure throughout the building, including plant room, tank room, LTHW, CAT 5, BCW and HWS to serve all fixtures, rads, and FCU’s. We also will be installing all sanitary ware as the project nears completion. 54mm gas line to serve the plant room and 6 radiant tube heaters, installed, tested and purged.
All distribution pipework throughout small residential build to serve 24 units.
Plant Room, Tank Room, All distribution throughout car park, risers and laterals to serve 139 residential units. Included a 150mm steel gas line that we installed, tested and purged. Later on in the project we won a large network of drainage throughout the basement, as well as all of the external RWP serving all balconies.
